Jen Rohrer-Stark

Owner and Director of Processing

Jen, along with her partner and sibling Bill, is a co-founder of The Farm. She is the engineer on the team, a former Blue Hen, and is passionate about the healing powers of cannabinoids and helping others.

Her role started with designing and managing the CBD extraction facility and she is excited to launch The Farm’s concentrate and edible lines. The Farm is the first registered Marijuana-Infused Product (MIP) facility in Delaware.

As a MMJ card holder herself, Jen is thrilled to offer edibles to Delaware’s patients as an alternative form of cannabinoid medicine.

Jen graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of Delaware and began her career in the environmental field. She designed remediations for Superfund sites and permitted and designed landfills. Jen switched careers for a decade and became the CEO of Stark Enterprises (the Stark family with 2 kids).

She then taught Environmental Law and Policy to graduate students and lived overseas for several years. Her problem-solving and communication skills over the years provided a solid foundation for launching The Farm.

In her spare time, Jen enjoys playing tennis, playing golf with her husband, walking her dog Cooper, and reading. She lives in Harrington and loves traveling with her family.
